My PRIMATIA Slide Release is scratching my slide, is that normal?

A little bit of scratching is normal, but there should not be any gouging. If you are seeing excessive gouging, please remove the slide release and email sales@primatia.com with photos and a brief explanation of the issue. Do NOT file down nor bend your slide release. Each slide release is 100% inspected to ensure it meets quality requirements.

Will your slide release work with my pistol that has aftermarket parts?

Short answer...maybe. There are many stacked tolerances and because the slide release is raised, those become even more critical. Most of the guns our team runs have aftermarket parts and work fine. However, if you’re unsure about disassembly or maintenance, we recommend having a qualified gunsmith inspect any issues. We cannot accurately diagnose non‑OEM part issues remotely.

My slide release is not working; what do I do?

1. First, check proper installation—have a qualified gunsmith confirm the spring is installed correctly and not binding. Reinstall carefully.
2. If issues persist, take detailed photos and email contact@primatia.com for support.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We generally ship within 1–2 business days for items in stock at the time of order. Pre‑orders list a target availability date and may change.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on new, unused items—customers are responsible for return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receipt. We also offer a lifetime warranty; warranty returns require proof of purchase and prior approval.
